We are Indian Association of Chartered Physiotherapists also called IACP. Our website address is: https://www.charteredphysiotherapy.com. Our alternate website address is https://www.iacpindia.org.

IACP is a Physiotherapists’ Association registered by the Gov of India. IACP is having its headquarter at Lucknow UP.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Our websites may collect personal data of the user (you). through different form entries, membership applications, courses enrollments, contact, etc. we can collect the name, email, address, mobile number, qualification, etc.

By using our website you agree our terms and policies. If you like to withdraw yourself from it, kindly don’t continue to surf on our websites and kindly request us to delete your person data if you want to.

We also collet the data to avoid scam and spam, to maintain the quality of user experience. To provide a spam free platform, temporarily collecting data sometimes is necessity. We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes etc. We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

If you are a member of association-

Your data is collected by default as we reserve rights to collect all compulsory data of our members.

If you are not a member of association-

We collect data for website improvement, notification emails, updating, sale calls, etc.

We promises the user that we will never sell, distribute, publish their data or mishandle it.

If the user desires he/ she can anytime withdraw himself/ herself from our services and if they contact us we will immediately delete their data.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal, Wire transfer, UPI, Net Banking, Paytm, GooglePay, PhonePay, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, etc. The payment is facilitated by PayPal, and RazorPay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, RazorPay, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Refund of payments

If the payment is processed after the full concern of the user then we are not liable to refund the payment. But, If the payment is done on some prior written promises or commitments that this transaction may be requested refund then only we will proceed the refund request. If in case the payment has been done and the service or product is not processed to reach the user from our side then we may proceed the refund on user request. The refund request can be raised with the reason of request to our email (i.e.- physio@charteredphysiotherapy.com). It usually takes 3-5 days for a refund to get proceeded, as we use third parties for payments it also depends on their at time policies that how and when the refund will be processed.

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

Who we share your data with

We promises the user that we will never sell, distribute, publish their data or mishandle it. But as a national association we may share the data with governmental bodies and departments if they demand us for that. If the user desires he/ she can anytime withdraw himself/ herself from our services and if they contact us we will immediately delete their data. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
