Biography

About the instructor- Dr Srishti Banerjee(MPT in neurology) is currently working as an assistant professor and is an executive board member of the environmental physiotherapy association. She has authored a reference book titled rehabilitation in peripheral nerve lesions, developed courses on environmental physiotherapy and shoulder dysfunction following stroke and created physiopedia pages on topics like space physiotherapy, neuroplasticity in obesity, Impact of covid on the nervous system hydrocephalus and the Impact of air pollution on neurodegeneration: implications for physiotherapy. She has conducted webinars and seminars on topics of Physiotherapy in mental health , Environmental physiotherapy , and Coexisting with covid: addressing mental health issues. , Assessment and management in peripheral nerve disorders and Environmental sustainability and physiotherapy. Her research interest includes neuroplasticity, environmental physiotherapy, pathologies and rehabilitation in rare neurological disorders.
